How To Connect To Knox-Wireless On Your Device
- Make sure to forget the Knox Guest Access network prior to connecting to Knox-Wireless
- Go to Home screen
- Tap the Menu button
- Tap Settings
- Tap Wireless and Networks (this item is at the top of the list)
- Assure that WiFi is Checked
- Tap WiFi Settings
- Scroll down to WiFi Networks
- Tap: Knox-Wireless
- Security: 802.1x EAP or WPA2 Enterprise
- EAP Method: PEAP
- Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPv2
- CA Certificate: Do Not Check or Do Not Validate
- Domain: Type in knox.edu
- Identity: Your Knox Email Username (without the @knox.edu)
- Anonymous Identity: Leave Blank
- Password: Your Knox Email Password
- NEW: If you see a setting called “Randomized MAC Address”, set this value to “User Phone MAC”
- Tap Connect
- The WiFi symbol should appear at the top of the droid screen
